Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ask-Dave.ai, an AI-assisted website and web application creation platform.

Article 2 — Acceptance

By registering on Ask-Dave.ai, the user fully accepts these Terms of Service.

Article 3 — Service description

Ask-Dave.ai allows users to describe a web project in natural language, receive automatic code generation, design and configuration, benefit from automatic hosting and deployment, and access their project via a dedicated URL. The service is provided "as is".

Article 4 — Registration and account

Registration requires a valid email address. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

Article 5 — Plans and pricing

Ask-Dave.ai offers several pricing plans including a free tier. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be modified with 30 days' notice.

Article 6 — Project ownership

Projects created by the user belong to them. Ask-Dave.ai claims no ownership rights over generated code or project content. The user grants Ask-Dave.ai a limited technical license to host, run and display the project as part of the service.

Article 7 — Data and hosting

Projects are hosted on dedicated infrastructure (Scaleway, France). Platform data (accounts, conversations) is stored on dedicated PostgreSQL infrastructure (Scaleway, France). Data processing details are specified in the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 — Acceptable use

Users agree not to use Ask-Dave.ai to create illegal or defamatory content, compromise platform security, engage in spam or phishing, or resell access without authorization.

Article 9 — Limitation of liability

Ask-Dave.ai shall not be liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Article 10 — Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time. Hosted projects will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

Article 11 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Article 12 — Amendments

Ask-Dave.ai reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified by email of substantial changes.
